About the Founder
Jon Fligner · Founder
Jon has spent more than 30 years working at the intersection of technology and business — from enterprise networking through mobility, open source, cloud-native applications, real-time data and today’s AI platforms.
Early in his career, he held senior sales and leadership roles across enterprise networking, managed services, mobility and security. He led teams, grew businesses and worked with large organizations adopting new technologies at scale.
His career later included strategic roles with Microsoft, Red Hat, Pivotal, Confluent and IBM, giving him a front-row seat to successive shifts in enterprise technology — from open source and cloud-native application development to real-time data platforms and AI.
Across those technology generations, the lesson remained remarkably consistent: the technology matters, but what matters more is what people can do with it. BACCT Labs starts with the problem, chooses the right technology underneath it and makes the complexity disappear into a simple, useful experience.

What started as a simple game among friends became an opportunity to put the BACCT Labs philosophy into practice.
The NFL Survivor Pool combines live sports data, real-time updates, automated communications, resilient cloud infrastructure and responsive application design — while keeping the complexity invisible to the people playing.
The technology underneath is sophisticated. The experience shouldn’t be.
